Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SokutoAI (the "Service") operated by Kohei Katada. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service is available only in Japan and the United States. Access and use from other regions is not supported and may not function as intended.

Registration is performed according to our specified process. We may refuse registration if: • False information is provided • You have previously violated these terms • We determine registration is inappropriate

Users must not: • Violate laws or public order • Engage in criminal activities • Interfere with Service operations • Harass other users • Attempt unauthorized access • Distribute malware through the Service • Any other activities we deem inappropriate

We may suspend or terminate the Service: • For system maintenance • Due to force majeure events • When we deem it necessary

1. The Service offers free and paid plans. Pricing and features for each plan are as displayed on the Service. 2. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via credit card. 3. Users may change their plan at any time. Plan changes are prorated, and the difference is charged or refunded immediately. 4. We may revise pricing with at least one month's prior notice.

1. Users may cancel paid plans at any time. 2. Upon cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. 3. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we will address significant service issues on a case-by-case basis.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

For users in the United States: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California. For users in Japan: These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Kobe District Court.

The Advanced Model Add-on is an optional service available to Business plan subscribers. The monthly fee of $100 includes 5,000 chats, with additional usage billed at $0.02 per chat. The add-on can be purchased or canceled at any time. Mid-cycle purchases and cancellations are prorated, with the remaining days charged or refunded immediately. Upon cancellation, your chatbots will immediately switch to the Standard Model. Usage resets monthly, and unused chats do not carry over.

1. Program Overview We offer a referral program to promote our Service. Referrers can earn rewards when their referred users sign up for paid plans. 2. Eligibility To participate in the referral program, you must: • Have a valid SokutoAI account • Have registered payment information (PayPal email) 3. Rewards Referral rewards are 20% of the referred user's first payment. Rewards are confirmed when the referred user's payment is completed. 4. Payment Terms • Minimum payout: You can request payment when rewards reach $50 or more • Payment method: PayPal only • Payment timing: End of month close, payment by end of following month 5. Tracking Period Users who click a referral URL are tracked as referrals for 60 days. If they sign up for a paid plan within this period, it is recognized as a referral. 6. Prohibited Activities The following activities are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension: • Self-referral (using your own referral code to sign up) • Referrals using false information • Spam or fraudulent referral methods • Abuse of the referral program 7. Program Changes and Termination We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program without notice. Changes will be communicated through the Service.
